We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the herexecutivecoach.com website in not as described, please contact us at 270.331.0877 or by email at jennifer@herexecutivecoach.com and ask that you return the item for store credit. Your Account: If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you are accessing and using this site under someone else's behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as a principal to all terms ad conditions provided herein, and agree to accept liability for harm caused by that person's wrongful use of the site. Her Executive Coach reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel you account or any orders placed from your account for any reason, in our sole discretion. In Store Pick-up Orders: If you request to pick up your order in the store, we would love to have that ready for you at a time which is convenient for you. If an order is placed by 12:00pm on a weekday, your order will be ready after 3:00pm (until the store closes at 5:00pm) that same day. If an order is placed after 12:00pm, your order will be ready the following day. If you would like the item(s) purchased to be gift wrapped, please indicate that in your order and we would be happy that wrap it for you. Inventory Availability and Back Orders: We cannot guarantee that a product listed will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. We will notify you via email of the availability of the items you order online with Her Executive Coach. Special Instructions: Please indicate any specific information that you need us to know at the time of checkout in the special instructions box. For example, this can be used if you have something you would like to say on the enclosure card for a gift; if you need to specify colors for certain products; if you need to give information for personalized items, etc. Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day. Any orders generally ship out within 24-48 hours of order placement - you will receive an email indicating that the order is being processed and has been shipped. If we are not able to fulfill the order with stock on hand we will notify you with that information and an approximate date that you can expect to receive the items. Orders are not shipped on Saturday and Sunday as they are not business days. We also do not ship on major holidays. Our standard shipping method in the 48 continental United States is via UPS or USPS. Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid street address for your shipment. Your order should arrive within 1-6 business days after the date your order shipped. The shipping charge varies with your purchase amount and weight of your purchase. At this time, we are not shipping to international locations. Item Availability: If an item is temporarily our of stock at the time you order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Rules and Restrictions: Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. Everything else is non-tax. Shipping methods and costs: All our online orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS, normally in 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your purchase(s). Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. Payment Options: A credit card is required for online ordering. Her Executive Coach accepts the following credit cards: Visa Mastercard Discover American Express We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the United States. You may also call us with your credit card number at 270.331.0877. Returns and Exchange Instructions: If you receive an item you are unsatisfied with that was purchased on herexecutivecoach.com, please contact us by phone at 270.331.0877 or by email at jennifer@herexecutivecoach.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns and exchanges are allowed within 10 days of receiving your order. Her Executive Coach does not offer refunds, however you will be given store credit for the item you wish to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection we recomment that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We appologize, but shipping fees are at your own expense. In the case of damaged items, please contact the store immediately . **PLEASE NOTE: Due to state law, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES ON BODY CARE PRODUCTS! Please let us know if you wish for your name to be removed from our email list. Gift Wrapping: We would be happy to gift wrap your purchase and include a gift card upon request. Please make sure you indicate that you would like us to gift wrap, prior to completing your purchase. If a particular product is out of stock, Her Executive Coach reserves the right to substitute this product for another of equal or greater value within the gift basket.
